Today there were 19 new listings on the market and 17 going on the pending side. There are 940 active listings on the market today.
183 homes sold in January 2012 with an AVERAGE sale price of 183K compared to 140 for January 2011 with an average sale price of 191K.
Can you think of a better reason to move to Redding?
