Did I ever mention my mother was a Realtor too? Yup in Hawaii. For about 8 months. Took her longer to study for the test tan she actually worked in it!
Today's featured listing is a 3 bedroom 2 bath and has living and dining area plus a huge custom recreation room. Corian kitchen counter tops. Granite in bath. Outside has all weather siding. Beautifully landscaped front and back with rock walkways, gazebo. Covered patio. RV access.
I don't know why we need to mention Living area - I mean, yea, some houses don't have a dining area it can be just an area in the kitchen so it's good to mention but shouldn't ALL houses have a living area? I mean we mean for them to be LIVED in so why do we have to say it? Isn't it implied?
Well the Redding Real Estate Market is HOT! For once I'm not talking about the temperature outside. Got a report that for May 2012 saying that there was only a 26 day supply of homes in Redding from 100K-200K!
