Life is Good!

              New Listing!

This Immaculate 3BR/2.5BA 1962sqft home is just waiting for YOU. Beautiful kitchen with Granite counters, Stainless Steel appliances and 16'' tile. Vaulted Ceiling in Great room area. Beautiful lighting fixtures throughout. Covered patio and Hot Tub in this manicured back yard. Separate Laundry area and office (un-permitted) cap it off. - Regular Sale!

So - Here it is! My newest Listing. This is an awesome house really - I love - Love the back patio - completely covered - just enough yard to play in or enjoy without too much work - Flower beds and a Hot Tub. We used to have a hot tub at my home in Manteca and even though we had a pool - we spent way more time in the hot tub!. There are so many jets on this thing... The master Bedroom has a huge walk in closet with shelves. There is so much storage room in this house. Plus with that fantastic kitchen really - I just might buy it myself! Haha - It also has a small office which is perfect for working from home or just as a crafters room.

My sellers are moving to be closer to their Grandchildren - something I can totally relate to. It's awful to be so far away - now I know why my mom dropped everything in San Diego to move to be closer to me in Manteca years ago.

It has just been so busy around here lately. Redding must have some really positive press out there somewhere. We are seeing a lot of people re-locating to this area. Even though it's pretty hot right now - that
s really only like one month out of the whole year. - I went to San Francisco last month and forgot where I was going. - FROZE!  Every time I talk to anyone about Redding they mention the heat. Get over it! It's supposed to be hot in the summer!

So - let's talk about Dogs. No, just kidding - this isn't a blog about dogs.

Shasta MLS has 755 residential listings on the market right now. 269 of those are in Redding. There are 15% fewer active listings than one year ago. So - I at the least am hoping for a temporary reprieve from the housing crisis.

Just a pretty picture I took at the Bridge.
