While cruising through our companies listings, and with regards to residential single-family homes only, I have the lowest priced home listed in our office. I'm not sure if this is good or not. But! - You can have 27 homes like that or ONE of the one that is listed at the highest price in our office at 1.59M. So, Whats it going to be...27 or 1?

Well, there were 32 new listings over the weekend and 32 homes went to Pending... 736 homes on Shasta MLS as of today. - I hope you had a great weekend and as you can see by my background its sunny here at least today.
